  • Suppliers must ensure every quote is accurate, including price, part condition and availability.
  • Suppliers agree to respond to Requests for Quote promptly and professionally.
  • Quotes for counterfeit parts, or parts that violate intellectual property laws or local regulations, are prohibited.
• Requests for Quote:
  • Customers can submit Requests for Quote for spare parts; the Website shares each request with Suppliers.
  • The Website is not responsible for the quality, authenticity, or condition of spare parts.
  • Purchases and negotiations are solely between the Customer and the Supplier.
  • By submitting a Request for Quote, the Customer agrees that their name, WhatsApp number and request details are shared with Suppliers, and that Suppliers may contact them on WhatsApp about the request.

Payments and Transactions

• Payment Processing:
  • All payments for automotive refinish products are processed securely through the Website’s designated payment gateway.
  • The Website does not process payments for used spare parts; transactions must be completed directly between the Customer and Supplier.
• Taxes and Duties: Users are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees.
• Refunds and Returns:
  • Refund and return policies for automotive refinish products are outlined separately and must be reviewed before purchase.
  • The Website is not liable for returns or refunds related to Supplier transactions.
